Office for Joint Administrative Intelligence (O.J.A.I.), the collaborative practice of German artist Chris Dreier and Irish artist Gary Farrelly, has operated since 2015 between Brussels and Berlin as a speculative para-intelligence agency. Deploying tactics of self-institution, O.J.A.I. is fueled by entangled research into corporate architecture, urban peripheries, tunnels, infrastructural memory, and systemic frictions. Their work takes shape in performances, installations, artefacts, publications, vinyl records, written correspondence, and a monthly radio show. O.J.A.I.'s work has been presented at Marres Maastricht (2017), Hugh Lane Gallery Dublin (2023)), CAC Cincinnati (2022) and the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles (2023).
