Veronica Valentini is a curator and researcher working at the intersection of visual arts, education, and the public sphere. She is the founder of E.M.M.A. and co-founder of BAR Project, two curatorial organizations dedicated to social art projects, residencies, and training programs. As a mediator for Concomitentes (New Patrons), she collaborates with activists for independent living in Barcelona on Diversorium, an intersectional space for social justice. She studied in Gothenburg, Barcelona, and Grenoble and has curated exhibitions at Palais de Tokyo, Matadero Madrid, and Museo Reina Sofia. Previously, she was an editor at Flash Art in Milan and New York.
Alice Chauchat is a choreographer, dancer and teaches in these contexts. Her work deals with topics related to dance: dancing, choreographing and teaching, but also collegiality and collaborative processes as well as writing, including the management of institutions. Her artistic practice deals with political and ethical dimensions of alterity and togetherness. Alice works with artists such as Anne Juren, Xavier Le Roy and Mette Ingvartsen. From 2010 to 2012, she was co-director of Les Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers and co-directed the Teachback program at ImpulsTanz in Vienna with Jennifer Lacey. In 2015, she completed a master's degree in choreography at the Amsterdam University of the Arts and was a guest professor at the Justus Liebig University Giessen (2017-2018) and at the HZT Berlin (2017-2020).
